Common Violations

NO GUNS are to be carried or discharged in the Polo Club, anywhere.
Trash and recycling bins are to be kept out of view of neighboring properties as well as from the street.
Boats, tractors, campers, wagons, motorcycles and commercial/utility trucks shall be kept enclosed except when in use.
ANY work done to the exterior of your home must be approved by the Architecture Committee. This includes painting (exterior only)
Trailers, mobile homes and/or any recreational vehicles should not be on the property longer than 72 hours.
All propane tanks must be buried or covered once an approval has been received from the ACC committee.
Playscapes, trampolines or similar items should be of natural wood appearance and unless shielded, an ACC request should be submitted. There shall be no brightly colored playscapes, trampolines or similar items.
All repairs to any vehicle, trailer or motor vehicle shall be done out of view and in the garage.
All dogs must be leashed or fenced. Please pick up after your pets while walking them in the community.
