If two types of projects are being implemented at the same time applications are needed for each improvement, but only the deposit and fees for the larger project are required. All Deposits and Fees (if applicable) must be received before the Architectural Control Committee will review the plans. Construction should not begin before approval is received.
Each fee or deposit should be made payable to Polo Club at Rooster Springs HOA. Deposit and fees should be issued on separate checks. Please attach checks with your application and mail to the Association office at the following address:
